From smoky front bars (back in the days when front bars were smoky) to intimate café’s, festivals (Illawarra Folk Festival, Maldon Folk Festival, Frankston Guitar Festival, Woodford Folk Festival) to wineries, renowned live music venues and venues that should never try to host live music, Christina Giorgio has been found dishing up her rootsy folk-pop sound for a pretty bloody long time now.
In the years since setting down roots in the beautiful North Coast of New South Wales, Christina has refocused her songwriting, produced a mountain of new material, recorded and released a ton of tunes, had a couple of kids and made a home .
Low key guitar style is the backdrop to big vocals and hooky lyrical songs that track all the edges of this human experience.
Whether solo or with her band, live gigs are fuelled by down to earth stories, sweet pop melodies and rootsy-great energy.
