More than just a gig, The Song Lounge is an event. Transforming our beautiful community halls into original acoustic, folk and roots music venues with a difference.
For audiences it’s a chance to really experience the best of original artists up close and personal and dive deeper into the stories behind the songs.
For musicians it’s their time to connect heart to heart and share their musicianship, talent and energy. The Song Lounge is a platform to share the best of what original artists do with the best of audiences (you!).
In between acts set up on one of the shared tables, meet somebody new and get the conversations flowing. Grab one of the rugs and cosy up with a cushion, chai and a loved one. Ditch the cooking for the night and opt for one of our $10 bowls, locally sourced, nourishing, kind to the planet and super tasty.
Grab your friends, neighbours or special someone and come together to escape the everyday. Step into a space fuelled by community, connection, a little bit of magic and excellent music.
This is a BYO event. There will be chai, cakes and bowl food available on the night. Tickets are $20 + booking fee pre purchase or $25 on the door. Small humans under 5 are by gold coin donation. Bring a cushion and get comfy!
